Account and team
Your account, your credits, and who can see or change your projects.
Creating an account
Sign up with an email and password, or with a Google account. A verification email is sent, and a few details are asked on first sign-in: first name, last name, company. The 500 free pages are credited when the account is created.
Settings
Settings fit in four tabs.

Topping up
Top-ups come in packs of €10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 excluding VAT, paid by card. French VAT at 20% is added at payment, and an invoice is issued automatically.
Automatic reloading
To keep tracking from stopping, you can save a card and set two values: a threshold in pages, and an amount to reload when the balance drops below it. You choose the threshold, at least 1 page; the reload offered is 25,000 pages.
Inviting collaborators
Sharing happens project by project, by inviting an email address with a role. An invitation expires after seven days and can be resent or revoked.

| Owner | Everything, including deleting the project and managing members. They pay for the checks. |
| Editor | Add and change keywords, refresh, build reports. |
| Viewer | Read: tables, curves and SERPs, with no changes. They make no reports of the project: they read the ones shared with them by link. |
A shared project appears for the invitee in a separate section, under the name of the person who shared it. The owner cannot leave their own project; other members can leave at any time.
Deleting the account
Deletion is requested from the Account tab, confirmed by typing your email address. Access is cut, your personal data is anonymised, your projects and positions are deleted. Any remaining balance is lost and not refunded. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
