Reading your positions

The table, its columns, its filters, its charts and the compared period.

A project's page shows one block per tracked site, yours and your competitors', each with its own keyword table. At the top, an overview sums the whole project up.

A site's table, column by column

The columns

ColumnWhat it shows
KeywordThe tracked term, with its tags and a copy button.
Pos.The position at the latest check. Green to 10, orange to 50, grey beyond. OUT marks a keyword that used to rank and no longer does.
Var.The gap against the comparison date: positive means you gained places.
D-1The same gap, but against the previous paid check, which is not always yesterday: a week earlier for a weekly keyword, a month for a monthly one.
Prev. The position at the start of the shown period.
Best (period)The best rank reached over the period shown; with no check in the period, the position shown.
Best (all time)The best rank ever reached since tracking began.
ChartA sparkline of the position over the period.
ComponentsThe blocks on the SERP at the latest check (AI Overview, featured snippet, local pack, videos…), as icons. The AI Overview one is green if your domain is cited in it; a click opens it.
Ranking URLThe page that ranks. If several of the domain's URLs rank, they expand.
Vol. and CPCMonthly search volume and cost per click, editable in one click.
Loc., Device, Freq., Depth, UpdatedCountry, device, check rhythm, Top 60 and the date of the last check.

The Columns button hides what you do not need and reorders the rest by dragging. The choice is saved to your account.

Sorting and filtering

Clicking a header sorts; the table starts sorted by ascending position. Every numeric column also offers a min–max filter in its funnel.

  • Search to find a keyword.
  • Device to isolate desktop or mobile.
  • Group by Sites, Keywords or Tags. The *Keywords* mode puts the sites side by side on one row, which is the most direct comparison with your competitors.
  • Sites and Tags to narrow the scope.
  • Filters for bounds on volume, CPC, position, best position and the changes.
  • Visibility: All, Ranked, Unranked or OUT, globally or card by card.

Active filters appear as chips you remove in one click, and they live in the URL: a filtered view is shared by copying the link.

Period and comparison

At the top of the project, From and To set the shown period, with shortcuts: last 7, 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days, previous week or month, current month and year. The default is the last 7 days.

The Var. column compares the latest check's position to the date you chose as the comparison point, while D-1 always compares it to the previous paid check (yesterday for a daily keyword). That is how one table shows both a weekly move and the latest move.

The charts

The All sites overview card holds two charts, and a switch for what they cover: all sites, only yours, or only competitors.

Tracked keyword distributionHow many keywords sit in the Top 3, Top 10, Top 50, beyond, or unranked, day by day.
Keywords gained and lostWhat entered and left the rankings each day. Clicking a bar filters the table to those keywords.

Each site's header

Every card shows the domain, a colour dot you can change, the keyword count and three clickable counters: ranked, unranked and OUT. Clicking one filters that card to the category. The Positions / History switch moves between today's figures and the trend.

Exporting

The Export button produces a CSV of what you see, filters included. See Import and export.
